1. How do I pay my bills on POCiT?

There are 2 ways to pay your bill on POCiT:

Option 1: Go back to www.pocit.mobi
  1. Enter your cellphone number and the first 6 digits of your SA ID number.
  2. View your bill and select the amount you want to pay.
  3. Specify YOUR bank account/credit card to pay from (first time only).
  4. Confirm the details and push PAY.
Option 2: Dialling a string from your cellphone:
  1. Dial *120*3636# from your cellphone.
  2. Enter the first 6 digits of your SA ID number.
  3. View your bill and select the amount you want to pay.
  4. Specify YOUR bank account to pay from (first time only).
  5. Confirm the details and push PAY.
